Dr. Barbara J. Dray is a seasoned educator of 30 years with twenty of it being an education leader as a professor of education and administrator. During that time finding balance was key! She acquired many self-care practices and became certified in many of them such as Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Reiki, Essential Oil Specialist, and most recently as a DragonTree Life Coach. Alchemizing these practices she provides a variety of services to support and uplift Womyn to live a SweetLife - thus her company name: SweetLife Alchemy!!

 

Cultivating commUNITY is a hallmark of her work as well as practicing deep listening to customize and tap into the energetic needs of her clients. Each offering provides unique opportunities to ground, check in with yourself, align with the elements of nature, and cultivate commUNITY within yourself, with the elements and with like-minded Womyn.
