One-On-One Coaching: includes the SweetLife Optimizer to examine the synergy among your Sweetness, Structure, and Space, as well as set long-term and short-term goals. With the option of one-on-one follow up sessions to help you maintain momentum, course correct as needed, and receive compassionate resources to help you stay the course.

$56 initial one-on-one 60 minute coaching session
$129 3 pack of 50 minute follow-up sessions
$239 3 month membership for total of 6 sessions (includes initial; meet every other week)
