Join the SweetLife Alchemy CommUNITY with like minded womyn to ground, release, gain clarity, dream and plan for April through June using the Dreambook+Planner. We will begin with a grounding and releasing practice using a variety of somatic release techniques and essential oils. Followed by a guided meditation to support us as we reflect on Jan-Mar and plan for April-June.
