About the event
Our third SweetLife Alchemy quarterly retreat falls on the cusp of Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year! We will use the Dreambook+Planner tools and resources to align with our highest aspirations as we enter into the Summer months.
SweetLife Alchemy Quarterly Retreat: Wednesday, June 18 from 6-9pm
We will begin with a BONUS event at 6pm The Empowered Womyn Oils: Radiant Renewal that includes application of essential oils on acupuncture points to release & clear, align & set intentions, so that we can radiate with the season.
Then transition to a grounding practice of attuning our Chakra's with mother earth through guided pranayama (breathwork) and somatic release. We will reflect on the first half of the year - our aspirations, re-aligning our intentions, and creating actionable tasks to map out in our upcoming days, weeks & months.
